Profile

Felix joined 601 Dina House upon successful completion of his pupillage with Mr. Kamlesh A. Sadhwani, Mr. Isaac C.K. Chan, Mr. Wong Hay-yiu and Mr. K.M. Chong.

He gained exposure to diverse areas of law, which equipped him to handle a wide spectrum of chambers' work. He has a particular interest in personal injuries claims, medical negligence, lands and probate and disputes involving New Territories land. He was regularly instructed to appear, both as sole advocate and as a led junior, in various levels of Court including the Lands Tribunal, the District Court, the Court of First Instance, and the Court of Appeal.

On the civil side, Felix is regularly led as a junior of members to handle personal injury work and medical negligence claims. Further to conducting his own cases, he was also given the valuable opportunity to assist in multiple high-profile civil appeals relating to New Territories land disputes, as well as to assist Mr. Malcolm Merry in indexing his book “The Unruly New Territories”. On the criminal side, he was led in drug trafficking trials at the High Court.

Felix accepts all areas of chambers’ work. He is able to provide advice and conduct proceedings in both Chinese and English.
