Profile
Kumar practices in a variety of civil and criminal litigation and advisory work. He specialises in the field of Personal Injuries, Medical Negligence, Insurance and Commercial cases.
He has been involved in many of the landmark cases in the field of Personal Injuries. He is the Counsel of choice for many "big ticket" quantum cases and complicated medical negligence claims.
Kumar also undertakes Discplinary Tribunal work in the Medical Council, Dental Council and Solicitors Discplinary Tribunal as well as in respect of other professional disciplinary tribunals.
Kumar is an accredited CEDR mediator (2009) with HKMAAL. He has been involved either as Mediator or Counsel in some of the largest Personal Injuries quantum claims. Kumar also undertakes Arbitration work.
