Kamlesh has been practising at the Hong Kong Bar since 1995. His practice areas are: Personal Injuries, Fatal Accidents, Medical & Dental Negligence, Employees' Compensation, Employers’ Liability, Construction Site Injuries, Sports Injuries, Air & Marine Accidents, Road Traffic Claims, Respiratory Diseases, Claims involving Psychiatric/Psychological Injuries, Coroner’s Inquests and Disciplinary Hearings.
He also practices in the fields of Insurance, Contract and Commercial Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Immigration Law, Judicial Review, Equal Opportunities and Criminal Law.
