Profile

Sanjay Sakhrani has practised in Hong Kong since 1996 both as a barrister and as a solicitor advocate (2011-2013). His areas of specialty include commercial/company litigation (including injunctive relief), employment, professional negligence, arbitration and judicial review.

Outside of his private practice, he is a Fellow of the HK Institute of Arbitrators, an Accredited General and Family Mediator, has deputised as a District Court Judge and currently sits on or chairs various professional boards and committees, including the Torture Claims Appeal Board (Adjudicator) and Buildings Appeal Tribunal (Chairman). He also regularly lectures at HKU (Civil Litigation/Employment Law).
